WORKING EXPERIENCE
Worked with Certification body as an empanelled auditor in Mumbai for conducting 3rd Party audit on ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, BS ISO 45001:2018 and PS 9000 since April 2013.
Worked in moulding industry manufacturer of pens from 1st November 2012 to 31st March 2013 on production floor as trainee Engineer at M/s. Hamilton Writing Instruments Private Limited.
Worked as Chief Executive Officer in a Joint Venture Group with National Textile Corporation and Alok Industries Limited to look after the overall Garmenting business (having total 500 Nos. sewing machines to manufacturer all types of apparel and industrial garments) and reporting to Board of Directors for overall performance of the Business.
Worked with ALOK Industries Limited, a vertically integrated Textile company situated in and around Maharashtra. In the year 2011, since January 2008 and then promoted to Associate Vice President (TQM) in the year March 2011 with additional responsibility as Corporate Management Representative for System & Product certification. Having knowledge and working experience in core operation (like QA and Production) as Head TQM in Spinning, Weaving (Fabric and Terry towel), Knitting, Bleaching, Dyeing (Fabric and Yarn), Printing, Finishing. Garmenting (cut to pack), stitching of Home Textiles (Bed-sheet set, Terry Towels), Manufacturing of Polyester yarn (CP, POY, DTY, FDY), Fabric Embroidery and Manufacturing of paper tube and corrugated box.
As Head of TQM and Corporate MR, head the TQM function of all manufacturing locations of Company. To oversee quality systems, procedures, quality manual and such documents are maintained in current state and implemented effectively. And also monitor and guide in performing product quality review, approval of its reports and productivity for all divisions.
